Decorative Bands Vertical Bands (see right) — Select from 18-Gauge Standard, 1/8" Medium, and 1/4" Heavy band thickness. Bands are available in 1” or 2” widths. Bands are laminated to the hood standard but may be attached with rivets or hex nuts by request (hex nuts required for 1/4" Heavy). Heavy Vertical Bands (See left) attached to a hood using rivets. Available in Solid Brass, Solid Copper, or Solid Brushed Stainless Steel. Brass and Brushed Stainless Steel can be placed on flat surfaces only.

Lip Treatment A band of any of the enamel finishes or metals can also be attached to the front of the lip. 18–gauge lip treatment (see left) with full-lip coverage. 18-gauge lip treatment is laminated to the hood standard, but may be attached with rivets or hex nuts by request. May be used in conjunction with pot rail.

Pot Rails 5/8" diameter chrome (see left), brass, or copper rails add a beautiful effect to any style hood. Specify pot rail for front and/or sides on under cabinet and wall mount hoods. Specify pot rail for front and/or back, sides, or all around for island hoods.

Accessory Rail Accessory Rails (see right) are multi-functional and interchangeable. Rails can be positioned as a warming shelf or a spice rack. The kit includes mounting hardware, accessory rail, two hanger brackets, two warming shelves and/or spice racks. For use on all under cabinet and wall mount hoods. It can be installed with a wall mount liner by attaching bracket to adjacent cabinets. Shelves are 10 1/2" deep by 13 1/2" wide and spice rack is 4 1/4" deep by 13 1/2" wide.

Warming Shelf Assembly Warming shelves (see right) are a great addition to hoods equipped with warming lamps. The warming shelf assembly is the same width as the hood you choose and 15" tall. Includes two wire shelves standard, shelves are 10" tall by 14" wide.

Lighting Options (See left) — Standard in all models. Lights come with a dual switch for dimming. Bulbs included. For hoods 24" to 41" wide, two lights; 42" to 53" wide, three lights; 54" to 66" wide, four lights. Each island hood has four lights (one in each corner).

Most any Premier Magic Lung® range hood can be customized beyond simply adding attachments. As long as our blower system will fit, Vent-A-Hood® can create your dream. Our most popular wall mounted hoods used as bases for customizations are:

Vent-A-Hood® Remote Blower Systems

Remote Blower Systems are available in 1000 and 1500 CFM. These RM-Series blowers can be roof or wall mounted to accommodate a variety of applications. Remote Blower Systems are compatible with most Premier Magic Lung® hoods. When ordering, simply pick the hood style you desire and choose either an RM1000 or RM1500 remote blower. The Premier Magic Lung® system will be replaced with industrial grade stainless steel baffle filters. Hoods cannot be modified to accept remote blower systems after the fact.

Island Liner Inserts

Completely customize the look of your ventilation with a Vent-A-Hood® Island Liner Insert. These Liner Inserts are designed to install inside of custom island enclosures.

Premier Magic Lung® Island Liner Inserts THSLE MODELS

THSLE The standard ventilation of the THSLE model is intended for use over standard cooking equipment. Premium Power Lung (V-Line) Wall Mounted Liner Inserts KHSLD MODELS

KHSLD Liner insert with a compact design for use in narrow depth applications. Includes the Power Lung K Series blower system, which is perfect for light to moderate cooking (sound rating is 7.4 Sones at high speed). Lights feature a dual switch for dimming. Available in popular paint colors (biscuit, black, gunsmoke and white only) and stainless steel. Designed for either top vent or back vent installations.
